The Power and Danger of Connections

Ang connection o relasyon nato sa lain-laing tao kuyaw. Dili ni basta-basta. Masabtan nato nga ang connection dili joke — makahatag kini og blessing o makadala og destruction.

“He who walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.” Proverbs 13:20

Ang pulong nga “walk” nagpasabot og padayon nga pakig-uban. Dili lang usa ka higayon, kundili adlaw-adlaw nga influence. Kung kinsa imong kauban, mao pud imong mahimong kinabuhi.

Connection determines:

• Thinking 🤔

• Decisions 🛤️

• Destiny 🚀

The Yoke

“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?” 2 Corinthians 6:14

Ang “yoke” nagbugkos og duha ka kabaw sa pag-uma. Kung lain-lain og direksyon ang duha ka kabaw, masamok ang agi. Dugay mahuman.

Ang connection murag "yoke" o yugo.

• Sayop nga connection = hinay nga faith

• Sakto nga connection = kusog nga faith

Dapat kabalo ta ngano ni-connect ta sa tao! Dili ta mo-connect aron mo-kompromiso sa atong pagsunod sa Ginoo, mo-connect ta aron maluwas.

Walk, Stand, Sit

“[1] Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful.[2] But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night.[3] He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.” Psalm 1:1–3

Family, adunay tulo ka lakang sa sayop nga connection:

• 🚶 Walk – naminaw sa sayop nga tambag

• 🧍 Stand – ni-uyon sa sayop nga buhat

• 🪑 Sit – nahimo nang kinaiya

Mao kini ang paagi sa bondage o pagkaulipon sa dili maayong prinsipyo. Magsugod sa ginagmay apan mudako ug mas maglisod na ang tao nga mubiya niini bisan pag kabalo siya nga dili kini maayo. 

Apan kung sakto ang connection o sakto ang mga tao nga kanunay nimong kauban, paminaw ug uyon, kini ang mahitabo sa imuha:

• Planted sa Pulong sa Diyos ug sa maayong mga prinsipyo

• Fruitful

• Dili matumba

Ang corruption o pagkaulipon sa dili saktong prinsipyo dili kalit. Hinay-hinay, di dayon makita. Mao nga kinahanglan nga wise ta sa connection o mga tao nga atong uyonan ug paminawon.

Mao nang karon:

Ang imong connection karon mao ang imong kaugmaon ugma.Kung imong kauban ang mga wise, mahimo sad kang wise. Kung kauban sa usa ka tao ang mga fool o boang-boang, mahimong destruction ang iyang destiny.

Choose your connections wisely. Because connection is not a joke — it is either the doorway to blessing or the path to destruction.
