Do NOT sell your birthright

Have you ever been so weary that all you could think about was food—just one satisfying meal to ease the exhaustion? That was Esau’s moment. Worn out from the hunt, drained in body and spirit, he stumbled home desperate for relief.
Meanwhile, Jacob, the quiet dweller of tents, was simmering a pot of rich, red stew. Its aroma filled the air, tempting Esau’s empty stomach and clouded judgment. Driven by hunger, he begged for a taste. But Jacob, shrewd and calculating, set a price far greater than the stew itself: Esau’s birthright. And in that moment of weakness, Esau traded eternal inheritance for temporary satisfaction.
Esau, weary and hungry, surrendered his birthright for a bowl of red stew. That single impulsive decision cost him the inheritance of favor that should have been his. The prophetic cry for this season is clear: Do not sell your birthright!
Gigutom siya ug miingon kang Jacob, “Pakan-a ako nianang imong sabawng pula kay gigutom ako.” (Tungod niini ginganlan siyag Edom.) Genesis 25:30-32 RCPV
The Abrahamic Blessing
🔥 2026 is not an ordinary year. It is a year of supernatural favor, divine acceleration, and Abrahamic blessings manifesting.
“If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed…” Galatians 3:29
Because of what Jesus did in the cross, we now have the blessings God gave to Abraham and all his descendants. As we are now one with Jesus, the son of the living God, the blessings of Abraham are ours. They are our birthright.
Hatagan ko ikaw [Abraham] ug daghang kaliwat ug mahimo silang dakong nasod. Panalanginan ko ikaw ug himoon kong bantogan ang imong ngalan aron mahimo kang panalangin alang sa uban. Genesis 12:2 RCPV
Because you are Abraham's seed through Jesus, favor now has an address - your identity.
Mao nang family, ayaw ipuli ang supernatural favors sa temporaryong butang!
Do not exchange favor for appetite
Esau’s downfall was not rebellion but exhaustion. He was tired, hungry, and impulsive. Many believers today face the same danger: trading destiny for desire, favor for familiarity, promise for pleasure. The enemy’s “soup” in 2026 may look like:
shortcuts without God
relationships that weaken your fire
success without righteousness
pleasures that kill prayer, or
money that costs obedience.
When tired, hungry, or impulsive, take a break and listen to the Holy Spirit. Do not drown in the noise of agony. These are fleeting, but the favor of God is eternal. Do not exchange eternal inheritance for temporary satisfaction.
Most people don’t lose their destiny in outright rebellion—they lose it in moments of weariness, when they are emotionally drained and spiritually unfocused. Esau gave up his future because of fatigue. Beloved, do not make permanent decisions in temporary weakness. Guard your spirit when you are tired, hungry, or discouraged, for that is when the enemy offers his “soup.”
The Kingdom Principle
Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33
When you prioritize God despite the disappointments, favor will chase you. Favor will chase you because of your identity. Favor's address is your identity. Protect your identity. You are a child of God. If you guard your birthright, He will guard your future.
In this year, restoration of lost opportunities will come. Wrong decisions will be prevented. Compromise will be broken. Divine purpose will accelerate. But this requires discipline, alignment, and guarding the treasure God has entrusted to us. Favor follows identity, not effort. You are heirs of Abraham’s blessing, but heirs must value what they carry—or risk walking away full, yet empty.
Therefore, let us declare boldly:
🗣️ “2026 IS MY YEAR OF SUPERNATURAL FAVOR!”
🗣️ “I WILL NOT SELL MY BIRTHRIGHT!”
🗣️ “I WILL NOT EXCHANGE FAVOR FOR SOUP!”
