How to Receive a Miracle Prosperity
"Sayo pa kaayo pagkasunod adlaw, nangadto sila si Jehosafat sa kamingawan sa Tekoa. Samtang naglakaw sila, mihunong si Jehosafat ug miingon, 'Pamatia ninyo ako, mga taga-Juda ug taga-Jerusalem! Tuo kamo sa Ginoo nga inyong Dios, ug malig-on kamo. Tuo kamo sa iyang mga propeta, ug magmadaogon kamo.'" (2 Cronicas 20:20 APD)
A Crisis is a Set-up for a Miracle
The background of this story is a moment of absolute desperation. King Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah were surrounded by a massive coalition of armies. They had no weapons, no strategy, and no Plan B. In 2 Chronicles 20:12, they cried out: "Dili kami kahibalo kon unsay among buhaton, apan nagsalig kami kanimo."
It is in this space that the power of God displayed His power. The Lord responded through the prophet Jahaziel, saying:
"Dili na kinahanglan nga makig-away pa kamo. Ipahimutang ang inyong kaugalingon, og tan-awa ninyo ang buhaton sa Ginoo sa pagluwas kaninyo. Ayaw kamo kahadlok o kawad-ig kadasig... Atubanga ninyo sila ugma ug ang Ginoo mag-uban kaninyo." (2 Cronicas 20:17 APD)
To experience miracle prosperity, we must first realize that our crisis is not a dead end; it is the soil in which a miracle grows.
1. Believe in the Lord: Your Foundation
The first step to prosperity is being "established." If you are not established, you can easily be shaken by the economy or personal loss. To believe in the Lord means to seek His Kingdom above all else. As Matthew 6:33 reminds us:
"Busa unaha ninyo ang pagpasakop sa paghari sa Dios ug ang pagtuman sa iyang kabubut-on, ug ihatag gayod niya ang tanan ninyo nga mga gikinahanglan." (Mateo 6:33 APD)
When we fix our eyes on Jesus (Hebrews 12:2), we move from theory to manifestation. Belief is not just a feeling; it is an action that involves worship, study, and service. When we believe, we receive the "power" to become and to possess (John 1:12).
2. Believe His Prophets: Your Acceleration
The second half of the instruction is often overlooked: "Believe His prophets, and you shall prosper." Prosperity here is not limited to money; it implies completeness, peace, victory, and overflow.
God uses human vessels—His prophets and leaders—as a bridge for His blessings. Our "Miracle Prosperity" is intimately connected to our "Right Connection." As Ephesians 2:20 states:
"Gitukod kamo diha sa sukaranan nga gipahimutang sa mga apostoles ug sa mga propeta..." (Mga Taga-Efeso 2:20 RCPV)
When you align yourself with the right spiritual leadership, you experience an acceleration in your direction and destination. Jesus himself promised that receiving a prophet in the name of a prophet results in a prophet’s reward (Matthew 10:41).
Churches now have forgotten that the church is not just composed of a pastor and a congregation. Jesus himself gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, Ephesians 4:11
He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward. And he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward. Matthew 10:41
The Proof of Faith: Honor in Action
The bridge between believing and receiving is Honor. Honor is the currency of the Kingdom. It is not just words; it is action. Whether it is a simple cup of water (Mark 9:41) or giving "double honor" to those who lead and teach (1 Timothy 5:17), honor opens the windows of heaven.
"Ang mga pangulo sa simbahan nga maayong motuman sa ilang katungdanan angayng ilhon nga takos sa doble nga suhol labi na kadtong naghago gayod sa pagwali ug pagtudlo." (1 Timoteo 5:17 RCPV)
When we honor the "Right Connection," we release the flow of favor into our lives.
This Battle is Not Yours
